1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website tiravu.com and any related subdomains (the “Website”), operated by Tiravu SIA (“Tiravu”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Latvia.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms cover only your use of the Website at its current pre-launch stage. Separate terms will apply when the Tiravu mobile applications launch and you start using the road-assistance service itself.

2. About the Website

The Website is currently a pre-launch presence for the Tiravu road-assistance platform. At this stage, the Website lets you:

• Read information about Tiravu, our values, and our planned services.
• Join our waiting list to be notified when the service launches.
• Contact us with questions, feedback, or partnership enquiries.
• Apply to join the Tiravu provider network through the For Providers form.
• Read information about our planned API for clients and partners.

Submitting any of the forms on the Website does not create a contractual obligation on us to provide road-assistance services to you, accept you as a provider, or grant API access. Final terms for those services will be provided separately.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Website if you are at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country. By submitting any form on the Website, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

If you are submitting the provider sign-up form on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to represent that company.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any of our forms.
• Submit personal data of other people without their permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, our servers, or any connected systems.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Website, including by introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Website in a way that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Use the Website to send unsolicited commercial communications to us or others.

We reserve the right to block access to the Website from any user, IP address, or device that we reasonably believe is in breach of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Website, including its design, layout, text, graphics, logos, icons, illustrations, photos, audio and video clips, the “Tiravu” name, the Tiravu logo, and the underlying source code, is owned by Tiravu SIA or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Website for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Unless we expressly permit it in writing, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Website.
• Distribute, publish, or publicly display content from the Website.
• Use any of our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without our prior written consent.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Website.

6. Information you submit

When you submit information through any of our forms (for example, a message via the contact form or a description in your provider application), you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it.

You retain ownership of the information you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that information for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy — namely, to respond to your enquiry, manage your waitlist registration, or evaluate your provider application.

7. Third-party links and services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party services (such as our social media profiles or our advertising partners). These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Following any external link is at your own risk.

8. Privacy and cookies

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which describe how we collect and use personal data and cookies. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read those policies.

9. Disclaimers

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under Latvian or EU law.

In particular:

• We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• We do not warrant that information on the Website is complete, current, or free from technical inaccuracies. Pricing, features, and timelines for the future Tiravu service are indicative only and may change before launch.
• We do not provide road-assistance services through the Website. The Website is informational and lets you express interest in our future services.

We reserve the right to block access to the Website from any user, IP address, or device that we reasonably believe is in breach of these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Latvian and EU law, Tiravu SIA, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including consumer-protection rights you have under Latvian or EU law.

If you are a consumer in the EU, your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

11. Your responsibility

You agree to use the Website lawfully and to take responsibility for the information you submit through our forms. You are responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of these Terms, including the submission of false or fraudulent information.

12. Changes to the Website and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice, including ahead of, or in connection with, the launch of the Tiravu mobile applications.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the Website.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these Terms or applicable law. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 9, 10, 11, and 14) shall survive.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Latvia, with the court of Riga as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law (such as EU consumer-protection rules) gives you the right to bring proceedings in another forum.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to resolve disputes out of court.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tiravu SIA regarding your use of the Website.
